a2pkr Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

a2pkr is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The platform is accessible at a2pkr.pro and provides services including but not limited to sports betting (with particular emphasis on cricket and PSL markets), live casino, slots, lottery draws, and the Nine card game.

These Terms apply to all users of a2pkr regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on a2pkr, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and a2pkr.

a2pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a2pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporate entity or automated agent.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. a2pkr is strictly an adult gaming platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an a2pkr employee or affiliated business partner.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended a2pkr account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on a2pkr. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, a2pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances held across those accounts without notice or appeal.

a2pkr reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a2pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow anyone else to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

a2pkr employs SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers, one-way cryptographic password hashing, and anomalous login detection. However, the security of your account ultimately depends on the strength and secrecy of your password.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account whenever you use a shared or public device.
• Never respond to emails or messages requesting your a2pkr login credentials — a2pkr will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact a2pkr support immediately via the in-platform live chat. a2pkr cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

a2pkr operates a PKR-denominated wallet system. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted on a2pkr:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — typically 1–2 hours
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — typically 1–2 hours
• Meezan Bank — typically 1–2 hours
• SadaPay — instant deposits and withdrawals
• USDT TRC20 — approximately 10 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your a2pkr wallet upon confirmation of receipt. a2pkr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. This means your CNIC-based identity verification must be fully approved before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time requirement, after which withdrawals are processed according to the standard timeline of approximately 30 minutes for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay.

a2pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers our fraud detection systems. In such cases, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed while the review is completed. a2pkr will communicate the reason for any such delay to the player via their registered contact details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

a2pkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time the offer is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all a2pkr promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from the account.
• a2pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not have it retroactively voided without notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules

a2pkr offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, with particular depth in cricket, PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, T20 international events, and other domestic and international tournaments. The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagering on a2pkr:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. a2pkr does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until confirmation is received.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the in-play betting terms published in the sports section of the platform.
• a2pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in odds occurred due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified and their stake refunded where this applies.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event, as displayed within the bet slip at time of placement.
• Winnings are credited to the player's PKR wallet upon official result confirmation by the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to that sport and competition as published in the a2pkr sportsbook rules section.

PSL markets are a flagship product of a2pkr. We cover all PSL fixtures across the regular season, playoffs, and final with markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under lines, and live in-play betting. PSL-specific settlement rules are published separately within the PSL section of the platform during the active season.

7 Casino & Game Rules

a2pkr offers a live casino and a slots lobby in addition to its sports betting products. The following rules apply to casino and gaming activity on the platform:

• All casino games on a2pkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealing by human dealers under a regulated environment. The integrity of game outcomes is audited by independent third parties.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are displayed within the game information panel of each title. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino games — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and game show titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game variant as displayed within the live game interface prior to joining a table.
• The Nine card game available on a2pkr is governed by its own specific rule set, accessible from the Nine section of the platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, a2pkr's system will record the last confirmed game state. Any wager already committed at the point of disconnection will be settled according to that recorded state. a2pkr is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a2pkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use a2pkr as a vehicle for processing the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Match-fixing or the use of insider information regarding the outcome of any sporting event.
• Collusion with other players, particularly in card game or poker-style environments, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit platform features without genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Where such exploitation is identified, all resulting winnings will be voided regardless of whether the player was aware the outcome was the result of an error.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at a2pkr staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information, including during KYC verification, or impersonating another person.

9 Responsible Gaming

a2pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We firmly believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before they are applied.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you how long you have been actively playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

a2pkr strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement. We do not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances. If you believe a minor has accessed a2pkr using your account or device, contact our support team immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the a2pkr platform — including but not limited to the a2pkr logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of a2pkr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the a2pkr platform without the prior written consent of a2pkr. Unauthorised use of a2pkr intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a2pkr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights beyond personal use.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a2pkr shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

a2pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your a2pkr account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a2pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. a2pkr will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unexpected downtime.

• a2pkr is not liable for failures or delays caused by telecommunications providers, internet service outages, or device-level issues on the player's end.
• a2pkr is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their own tax obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

a2pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — a2pkr will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of a2pkr following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with Section 4.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of a2pkr's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through a2pkr's internal complaints procedure, which is accessible via the in-platform support chat.

a2pkr's internal complaints process operates as follows:

• Submit your complaint in writing via the in-platform live chat or by email to the support address listed in Section 14.
• a2pkr will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
• A full written response addressing the complaint will be provided within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
• If you are dissatisfied with a2pkr's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under a2pkr's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body associated with a2pkr's licensing authority.
